Q: Is what I say in therapy confidential?
A: Absolutely. Whatever your issues may be, we are here to help you and in confidentiality. There are a few exceptions: if it is believed that you are a danger to yourself or someone else, confidentiality can be broken as your safety and the safety of others is of utmost importance to us.
Q: How do I schedule an appointment?
